    The Crestlogue Approach

Our seminar and webinar forums have been specifically created to celebrate staff synergy - a wholesome space dedicated for delegates to showcase their positive experiences, and identify goals to further flourish at work

The 'Why' Behind What We Do

As Crestlogue facilitators with previous roles within Business, Law, Psychology and Training sectors, we believe it is essential that our seminar and webinar forums devote time for delegates to share successes and celebrate the work they do. By doing so, we have found that delegates then produce purposeful goals that can be applied to their workplaces.

We have developed our forums with celebration and positivity as the sole centre of interest because we regard these as integral to Continuing Professional Development. After participating in our CPD accredited seminar or webinar, delegates will receive a Crestlogue certificate of attendance which can form part of their CPD portfolio.

Proven Success From Happy Clients......

"Lee and Ian from Crestlogue Consulting were keen to ensure that the 'Togetherness' workshop they delivered was tailored to specifically meet the needs of the staff at Oakwood.  Communication in the run up to the seminar was key to this and ensured that the workshop ran smoothly. Their warm and engaging style enabled staff to feel at ease and comfortable to freely express their contributions to celebrate all things Oakwood as well as coming together as a team. Lee and Ian both brought a refreshing approach to exploring team success which was fun, creative and thought-provoking. The session enabled staff to positively contribute ideas towards the forward planning of the school and just generally enjoying some time together as a team."
